KCS 4148 UP Yard Job Train
Description:
The Herington Dodger, for at least a week in November had to swipe the most ready thing available, a KCS SD70ACe to comply with labor rules of having two units on the yard job. Very odd to see a high horsepower, foreign road motor as a yard switcher
